Grace knows the importance of passion and experience, the two key characteristics of a good leader. She is a proud mother of five children and sits on the board as a co-chair of the Ft. Lauderdale Florida-based Elite Freedom Foundation fighting for the freedom of Sex Trafficked victims.

Having been a victim of trafficking herself, she is able to utilize her past traumas to become a voice of hope for future generations and business leaders alike.

It is thanks to her hardships that she has written best-selling books, served as a keynote speaker for a multitude of events, and has become the chair of Women in NAACP (WIN) in Missouri.
